Product Management in the Wild: Threadloop Pricing

The Threadloop team are stellar communicators

I just got back from spending several days hanging out with my Dad (a reader of this newsletter, hi Dad!) while my Mom was traveling. We talked, played a fun game (Fox Experiment), talked, went to Mysterious Galaxy, talked. We also went out to eat and I cooked shrimp scampi (gift link) for the first time. We had a great time.

So let’s make this week short shall we? I ran across an awesome example of Product Management in the Wild that I want to share.

The Threadloop app is a database and community for people who sew. The two person team are crushing it in their communication about new features and priorities. This week they shared how they decide what features are free and what are in the paid version. They not only explained it simply and honestly, they even included a pop quiz about an upcoming feature. I highly  recommend you check out their Instagram post about it, and take a look at others in their feed for more examples.

That’s it! Have a great weekend and talk to you next week. Have you seen other great examples of Product Management in the Wild? Would it be fun to make this a regular series?
